Some Woman have it - not the looks, not the moves, not the words, but the capital - I It. And if you want it, you can have it too. In fact, you already do!

When I was a student at a college in the hinterlands of Wisconsin, I was friends with a woman named Jackie who worked at the student union cafeteria. Men lined up by the dozens behind her register, lusting after more then just the fried cheese curds she was serving. Everywhere Jackie went, drooling boys were soon to follow. Even my father, after he met her, said wistfully, "That Jackie sure is something, isn't she?" Just what is it about those woman who can charm man, woman and police officer alike? It's certainly not just big lips or big breasts- but you knew that. To determine exactly what makes the Jackies of the world tick, we've identified the 7 c's of sexual charisma- the fundamental moves that woman who "have it" have mastered!

1) Be Confident

2) Be Clever

3) Be Complimentary

4) Be Crazy

5) Be Competent

6) Be Carnal

7) Be Contradictory.

Now before you tear off towards the bedroom, carnal actually means sensual; it doesn't mean you should have sex all the time. For instance, Elizabeth Taylor in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" moves very slowly, like she is trying to hypnotize us with her swinging hips- that's carnal. So find your signature style, and don't worry if you're not the cutest patootie in the room. "Being a Bombshell is a state of mind, so project bravado," says Angie Pontani of The World Famous Pontani Sisters, a burlesque dance troupe based in NYC. "Hold your chest high, your neck long, your chest out and smile big," she says. "I'm a firm believer in posture. Once you own your body, you'll own everyone in the room." Want to begin your crash course in sexual charisma? Try this trick: next time you walk into a crowded room, throw back your shoulders and imagine everyone has come to see you. Because, you know, they have!
